"Runway Ops" is intended for any pilots who fly to or from France and use the French Aeronautical Observation message known as : METAR.
In the winter time, this message often has an 8 character code quite unreadable, which gives the pilots information about the state of the runway (dry, iced etc...). Instead of wasting time looking for seldom used documentation, this app will promptly decode this barbaric code into plain understandable English (or French).
